I offer private birth consultations, online and in-person, for those seeking information and guidance.  I would love to help you explore your ideal birth experience, enliven your fantasies, process fears and previous experiences, develop a self-led prenatal care routine and postpartum recovery plan, and point you in the direction of useful, truthful, birth positive, woman-focused resources.

Topics to explore include, but are not limited to: self-led prenatal care, homebirth, freebirth, birth support, routine medical prenatal testing and alternatives to the status quo, yoga, meditation, nutrition, herbs, psycho-spiritual process, evolving relational dynamics, embodied practices, ritual, mother blessing ceremonies and birth as a rite of passage, developing a postpartum plan, and connections to local resources.  

We'll have time to explore your specific questions, and I will research and address your curiosities, concerns, and needs. 
These sessions are specific to you, designed to help you manifest the birth experience you desire.

1 in-person and 2 Zoom prenatal sessions
In our first session we sit face to face, heart to heart, to set a foundation of understanding and a vision for our sessions together, and begin opening the portal of powerful birth.  We then build upon this foundation in two follow-up Zoom sessions, diving into topics of interest including, but not limited to: nutrition, herbalism, physiology, psycho-spiritual process, relational dynamics, spiritual practice, ritual, etc.  

Sessions are each 90 minutes long.

3 in-person prenatal sessions
In our first session we set a foundation of understanding and a vision for our sessions together, and begin opening the portal of powerful birth.  We then build upon this foundation, diving into topics of interest including, but not limited to: nutrition, herbalism, physiology, psycho-spiritual process, relational dynamics, spiritual practice, ritual, etc.  In our final session together I will prepare a ritual experience to leave you feeling witnessed, honoured, powerful, prepared, and excited to give birth.

Cosmic Bundle
5 sessions total:
3 Zoom sessions, 2 in-person prenatal sessions

In our first session we sit face to face, heart to heart, to set a foundation of understanding and a vision for our journey together.  

We then build upon this foundation in two follow-up Zoom sessions, expanding on the topics you are inspired to dive into, integrating experiences, and exploring what has arisen on your journey of pregnancy.  Topics of interest may include, but not limited to: nutrition, herbalism, physiology, psycho-spiritual process, relational dynamics, spiritual practice, ritual, etc.  

We then meet for a final in-person session towards the end of your pregnancy, where you will experience a true traditional-midwifery inspired prenatal appointment leaving you feeling witnessed, honoured, powerful, prepared, and excited to give birth.  

Finally, we will enjoy one final Zoom session in your postpartum where you'll be invited to share your birth story, and integrate the experience as a reflection of your unique personal soul journey.  

Sessions are each 90 minutes long, except for the postpartum Zoom call, which will be 30-40 minutes.

I offer 1:1 mentoring for birth keepers, of all sorts, to help you come into alignment with your offerings, to develop your skills, to create a business vision, and to further your education on the physiological and psycho-spiritual experience of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood, so you may be a true ally and joyful companion to pregnant, birthing, and postpartum mothers.

In these sessions you may:
* debrief previous births you've witnessed,
* come into a deeper understanding of the physiology of birth,
* practice speaking your truth,
* develop deep listening skills,
* deepen your own spiritual path and come into greater self-awareness,
* find a clear vision for your business and offerings,
* discover inspirational literature and research to further your self-education,

Mentorship requires time: time to come into knowing each other, time to integrate what you encounter, time to develop more questions for further expansion.

Pregnancy and Birth are Rites of Passage of Womynhood, the threshold and metamorphoses of Motherhood, and deserve to be marked as such.  
When we incorporate rituals on our path through the gateways of life we are able to make embodied sense of the transformations that take place.  Marking our willing entry, acknowledging the liminal space of transmutation, and being witnessed reentering our life, reborn to a new position of privilege and responsibility, brings deep meaning and understanding to our experiences. 

I'm available to help design personally meaningful rituals to mark the stages of your journey, and aid in the integration of your experience.

With the responsibility and privilege of ushering new life into the world also sometimes comes the reality of facing a loss of life, or the chosen termination of a pregnancy.  
As an entrance point into the world, so too are our bodies sometimes an exit point.  
​As our bodies give birth to babies, so too they sometimes give birth to spirits.

I offer miscarriage and abortion support, on a by-donation basis, in the form of:
- nutrition and herbs to support your health and well-being
- honest and compassionate discourse on the spectrum of emotions that come with loss
- connections to supportive community resources
- rituals, ceremonies, and self care regimes to support your soul
- a safe place to ask difficult questions
