We have the innate right to birth where we choose, surrounded only by those we have chosen to be present, in a supportive, trusting atmosphere, where the birthing woman is the only authority.  

Birth is not a process from which we must be delivered.

Choice does not exist within a vacuum. We are influenced, consciously and subconsciously, by the culture we reside in. 

Women are brilliantly intuitive and more than anyone else, want what is best for themselves, for their babies, and for their families.  

We are all sovereign beings, and true power is found only within.

    With over ten years of experience, I offer private birth consultation for women seeking information, guidance, and companionship.

    Through the lens of birth as a rite of passage, I will help you explore your ideal birth experience, enliven your fantasies, process fears as well as previous birth experiences, and make practical plans for the spiritual journey of pregnancy and motherhood.

    We will develop a self-led prenatal care routine and a sacred postpartum plan.

    I will point you in the direction of useful, truthful, woman-focused resources.

    Topics to explore include, but are not limited to:

    self-led prenatal care, homebirth, freebirth, birth support, routine medical prenatal testing and alternatives to the status quo, movement, meditation, nutrition, herbs, psycho-spiritual process, relational dynamics, ritual, mother blessing ceremonies, developing a postpartum plan, and connections to local resources.

    These sessions are designed for you, to help you manifest the birth you desire.

  • With the responsibility and privilege of ushering new life into the world also sometimes comes the reality of facing a loss of life, or the chosen termination of a pregnancy.

    As an entrance point into the world, so too are our bodies sometimes an exit point.

    I offer miscarriage and termination support, on a by-donation basis, in the form of:

    - honest and compassionate discourse on the spectrum of emotions that come with loss

    - connections to supportive community resources

    - rituals, ceremonies, and self care regimes to support your soul

    1 in-person (optional) and 1 virtual prenatal session + online correspondence between sessions

    In our first session we sit face to face, heart to heart, to set a foundation of understanding and a vision for our sessions together, and begin opening the portal of powerful birth. We then build upon this foundation in a follow-up Zoom session, diving into topics of interest including, but not limited to: nutrition, herbalism, physiology, psycho-spiritual process, relational dynamics, spiritual practice, ritual, etc.

    Sessions are each 90 minutes long.

    2 in-person (optional) and 1 virtual prenatal session + online correspondence between sessions

    In our first session we set a foundation of understanding and a vision for our sessions together, and begin opening the portal of powerful birth. We then build upon this foundation, diving into topics of interest including, but not limited to: nutrition, herbalism, physiology, psycho-spiritual process, relational dynamics, spiritual practice, ritual, etc. In our final session together I will prepare a ritual experience to leave you feeling witnessed, honoured, powerful, prepared, and excited to give birth.

    3 Zoom sessions, 2 in-person (optional) prenatal sessions + unlimited online correspondence

    In our first session we sit face to face, heart to heart, to set a foundation of understanding and a vision for our journey together.

    We then build upon this foundation in two follow-up Zoom sessions, expanding on the topics you are inspired to dive into, integrating experiences, and exploring what has arisen on your journey of pregnancy. Topics of interest may include, but not limited to: nutrition, herbalism, physiology, psycho-spiritual process, relational dynamics, spiritual practice, ritual, etc.

    We then meet for a final (ideally in-person) session towards the end of your pregnancy, where you will experience a true traditional-midwifery inspired prenatal appointment leaving you feeling witnessed, honoured, powerful, prepared, and excited to give birth.

    Finally, we will enjoy one final Zoom session in your postpartum where you'll be invited to share your birth story, and integrate the experience as a reflection of your unique personal soul journey.

    Sessions are each 90 minutes long, except for the postpartum Zoom call, which will be 30-40 minutes.
